Zoe McSwain is an endorsed Nurse Practitioner with a special interest in urology, providing assessment, treatment, education and ongoing management for a range of bladder, prostate and urinary conditions. Working collaboratively with urologists and general practitioners, Zoe offers timely, patient-centred care with a focus on continuity, education and improving access to specialist urological support.

We are committed to listening carefully, explaining conditions and treatment options clearly, and working collaboratively with your GP and Urologist to ensure coordinated, high-quality care at every stage of your health journey.

Bring your referral, medication list, relevant test results, imaging reports and any bladder or symptom diary.

attend your consultation
We will discuss your symptoms, medical history and concerns, perform an assessment and develop a personalised management plan.

investigations & treatment
Where appropriate, investigations may be arranged and treatment, education or catheter management can begin at the appointment.
05.
Ongoing Care & Follow-Up
We provide ongoing monitoring, support and communication with your GP and urologist to ensure coordinated long-term care.
Fees & billing
Our practice is a private service. Fees are payable on the day of your appointment unless alternative arrangements have been made. Please call (03) 9622 0084
Referral from your GP, specialist or other healthcare provider is welcomed but not required to support coordinated care and Medicare eligibility where applicable.Eligible patients may be able to claim a Medicare rebate for Nurse Practitioner consultations where applicable. Medicare rebates are subject to current Medicare rules and referral requirements. Our staff can assist you with claiming where available.Cancellation Policy
We understand that appointments may need to be changed. We kindly ask that you please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may incur a cancellation fee of up to the full consultation fee.Payment Methods
We accept Cash, EFTPOS and electronic payments. Processing fees apply for EFTPOS and electronic payments only.
